Covers and endpapers featuring hand-marbled swirl patterned papers. Top edges gilt, albeit with some, likely insect, damage to gilt top edges. Otherwise condition of entire set is fine. Deckled fore-edges and untrimmed lower edges. Contemporary ownership plates of George Richards Lamb pasted on the front paste-downs of each volume.
