This book was created to coincide with the Lewis & Clark Exposition in Portland, Oregon in 1905. The Author Mary Osborn Douthit was a Portland Pioneer who lived from 1850-1908 when she was killed in an accident. The front flyleaf bares an inscription and poem by 'Aunt Mary', possibly the author herself? Very Good. Item #13816
