Blueish gray endpapers, Pseudo-deckeled fore- and lower- edges. Slight discoloration on lower left of front cover. Water stain on top edge, but only minimally intruding into text and not visible on most pages. Inscribed and signed by Gertrude Stein on front free endpaper. (dedicated to 'Adaline Wellhorn (?) by Stein in Texas. Also signed by Wellhorn (?) in contemporary ink on FFEP. Very Good / No Jacket. Item #9166
